Housing Shortage in Winnipeg: Buckle up for spring 2011

As of this morning, there are only 468 homes for sale in Winnipeg, including E.St.Paul, W.St.Paul and Headingley. This is probably the lowest level of available inventory that I've seen in recent times. This number includes all types and styles of homes, including detached, attached, townhouse, duplex and mobile homes.
