Lack of available homes in Winnipeg should make for a hectic spring real estate market!

As of this morning, there are only 468 homes for sale in Winnipeg, including E.St.Paul, W.St.Paul and Headingley.  This is probably the lowest level of available inventory that I’ve seen in recent times.  This number includes all types and styles of homes, including detached, attached, townhouse, duplex and mobile homes.

Add to this the fact that there are only 183 condos available right now, and we are in a very tight real estate market, which should make for a very hectic and interesting spring market coming up.
