Home-Owners:  Get a Free Market Evaluation Here!

Some Real Estate agents offer a “Free Over-The-Net” evaluation.  Let me be frank here: In order to be of ANY use, the evaluation will require a personal visit by a qualified REALTOR®.

The reason for this is simple:  every home is different on the inside.  It’s been ‘lived-in’, added onto, customized, renovated or abused as the case may be.  So any “Over the Net Home evaluation” is really worth the paper it’s printed on….if you pardon the pun.
