Here is a lil advance notice on a new listing coming to the Meadowood area by the mid to end of March.

820 sq ft bungalow, 2 BR, with upgrades including a newer H.E. Furnace (2003), newer windows (late ’90s) and shingles (2003), as well as a nice, double car garage, all on a full-sized, fully fenced lot. Long-time owners will be listing this home near the end of March, price to be determined but most likely around the $210,000 to $220,000 mark.
